About Ty
I am a Colorado native, born and raised in a small farming community in Northeast Colorado. My wife and I were high school sweethearts and grew up on the plains of Northeast Colorado. We have 3 kids that are a handful. (If you have kids, you know what I mean.) We have a nice little fixer-upper in Frederick, Colorado where we make our home. It seems we are always in the middle of a new project. We have found this location is perfect because of two key factors. 1) It maintains the small town feel that we are both so accustomed to, and 2) It allows me to be very fluid in where I conduct business; catering to the heart of Denver, and reaching into most parts of Northeast Colorado. I have a strong residential and investment property background starting back in my childhood years. Ever since I can remember, my family has been involved in some kind of property management. I grew up spending weekends and summer vacations either at a Rental doing some kind of tenant finish, or working on our family farm. This unique kind of upbringing has molded me into the motivated, well rounded person I am today. I own rentals myself, and completely understand the challenges surrounding residential, and investment property. I have started, and operated three successful General Home Maintenance and repair businesses. This experience has given me an intimate knowledge of home construction, maintenance issues, marketing and the importance of customer service. I strive to be a leader within our industry, as well as the community. I am a member of the Town of Frederick Building Appeals Board. I have served on the Frederick Home Rule Charter commission, and stay fairly involved in local politics. Being in the real estate business, I bring an out of the box type of thinking to my business, all the while having the support of a professional office. With internet marketing coming mainstream, and being a tech savvy individual, I am able to maximize the use of online media, both for buyers and sellers. I have an extensive cache of resouces and experience to market real estate successfully. Looking forward, I am excited to see where real estate takes me. We are poised for tremendous opportunity in the years ahead. If you, or someone you know needs a good Realtor, give me a call, I would be happy to talk with you.
